What is our process?

This is when we get to meet face-to-face and talk about your goals and expectations.   My goal is to understand the scope of work you are envisioning and put it into a working plan.

After our initial consultation, I'll present you with a Project Scope report that will outline your main objective, along with a list of what we will need to do to reach those goals.   

The Design Agreement will be presented to sum up the costs associated with the Design Fee and Services needed to take you from point A to point B.  You will know what your initial investment will be up front in the form of a Flat Fee, which varies based on the project scope.

• Design 3 or more different floor plans per details on the Project Scope 
• Home visit to review the concepts with the Client
• Provide the Client with room layouts printed on 11" x 17" paper accompanied with 3D line drawings
• Finalize the selected concept design for the Client and/or Contractors to use as a reference for obtaining bids.
• Home visit to review the final plans with the Client and/or Contractors to clarify details
• This fee includes emails and phone calls for collaboration with the Client 

Now that we have good plans and objectives, it's time to start looking at what materials and products we want to use to fit the right style.  Depending on the project scope we will visit various showrooms for the following:

• Flooring
• Tile
• Cabinet finishes & door style
• Countertops
• Lighting
• Plumbing
• Appliances
• Paint colors
• any other design element needed

This final step will incorporate all the preceding information into a set of plans that are fully executable.  This means the preparation of CAD floor plans and elevations that are detailed so that they can be used for the ordering and installation of but not limit

• cabintry 
• countertops 
• flooring 
• tiles
• cabinet hardware
• lighting ect.  

Included are elevations showing the tile design,  a lighting plan, as well as 3D Perspecitve Drawings.  One revision is included in the fee amount.
