3 Step Design Process
This is how we bring the Design Service to you.
Step 1-Design
Flat Fee after consultation-starts at $495
- Initial complementary consultation to discuss Scope of Work & Objectives
- Up to 3 different floor plans per details of the Project Scope
- Home Visit to review concepts
- Finalize the concept with plans and drawings providing reference for Bids
Step 2-Day with the Designer
$475
We will visit various Showrooms to create an ensemble of finishes, including but not limited to (or a Mobile Showroom is available):
- Flooring
- Wall tiles
- Cabinet Finished & Door Styles
- Lighting
- Countertops
- Plumbing Fixtures & Faucets
- Appliances
- Paint Colors
- Lunch!
Step 3-Fully Executable Plans Provided
Flat Fee after Scope of Work is established-starts at $495
- Finalize and print CAD floor plans and elevations
- Detailed drawings for ordering and installing cabinetry, countertop, backsplash, and any other selections.
- Lighting plan
- 11"x17" copies of documents for Client and all required trades
- Client will have ownership of the Design and the Plans
Other Services Provided
Project Management
- Available for Field Measures for accuracy
- Visit job site to review plans with the trades
- Meet with Contractors for templating & installation
- Site visits to monitor progress
Ordering Details
- Monitor Vendor Quotes
- Assist in ordering samples
- Review order process for accuracy
Delivery Assistance
- Schedule delivery of product
- Meeting the delivery agent and inspect product for accuracy
- Assist in dealing with any order errors, damage and/or warranty issues
Wallcovering Installation
Now offering another amazing service!
Powder Bath 6' x 6' x 9'H
$850-$1050
Surface needs to be smooth and "wallpaper ready". If surface is textured and painted additional prep work will be needed for a nominal fee of $200
Feature Wall 12'L x 9'H
$700-$850
Surface needs to be smooth and "wallpaper ready". If surface is textured and painted additional prep work will be needed for a nominal fee of $150
Ceiling 11'W x 13'L x 9'H
$630-$830
Surface needs to be smooth and "wallpaper ready". If surface is textured and painted additional prep work will be needed for a nominal fee of $120
